OUR SERVICES
FULL CHARGE
BOOKKEEPING
As full charge bookkeepers, we perform all bookkeeping and accounting duties, usually what a controller would perform for a very large business. The words “full charge” mean that we take responsibility for more than keeping ledgers. We also run trial balances, make journal entries, and assist in the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial statements and tax returns. This means we prepare a company’s records for review by a certified public accountant, if one is required.

As your multi-state payroll administrator, we would handle issuing paychecks, managing direct deposits, benefits withholding, payroll deductions, garnishments and levies, flexible spending accounts, federal and state payroll tax deposits and returns, new hire reports, federal payroll summaries, W-2s, wage and hour law compliance, and paid leave, vacation and sick time reporting.
